FENCES

Fence requirements for POOLS fall under Township compliance.  Please reference the Twp website. www.wbtownship.org   

Our Declaration of Building Use and Restrictions for Potomac Green states fences are allowed as long as "they are within the harmony and conformance of the subdivision".  We require the following prior to any fence installation. 

• Review and comply with West Bloomfield Township requirements. www.wbtownship.org

• Fences are only allowed in the backyard area

• Wood, vinyl, and iron are the only acceptable materials—no chain link fences.

• Approval of neighbors abutting fence.

• Submit a written request to Board via email, pgcapwb@gmail.com which includes the location of the fence, approval of all neighbors abutting the fence, and the type of material to be used.
