our NEIGHBORHOOD and community association
As an association of owners, our obligations to one another don’t end at our home property lines. We are joint-owners of, and share responsibility for, all of our neighborhood common areas: our neighborhood entrances at Fox Hunt and Shaun roads, all the land along Walnut Lake Rd, from the farthest west house on Hobnail to the farthest east house on Old Carriage, cul-de-sac circles where children play, 11 streets, and 14 intersections. In addition to maintaining one’s property, every homeowner shares in the cost of upkeep and safe conditions for these areas including maintenance, beautification, lawn services, snow plowing, and salting intersections. Each member’s ongoing financial share for these responsibilities is paid in the form of Association Dues, currently set at $125 annually and billed in the first quarter of the year.
